In order to login into the site you must register first. Please provide us with your postal code and phone number in order to search for your institution. If you cannot find your customer name please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a new account for your school.
Add books to your cart using the quick search, advanced search and the Browse Books page. The cart icon displays order total including the discount and tax. To checkout or view cart click on the Cart icon . Continue adding items to your cart, you can later proceed to checkout or save your order as a quote that can be added to your shopping cart again later on when you decide to purchase.
With our new web site, you can now have multiple schools/libraries linked to your account!
To link more school or libraries, go to Your Account page and under Linked Schools and Libraries you can see all the schools currently linked to your account. To add another school click the Link a new School to your account button and follow the instructions to search for the school and add it.
Add whatever you wish to your shopping cart for one school, when you're done, go to your shopping cart and select the school or library that you want to check out or prepare the quote for. All the shipping and billing information we have for that school will be filled out for your convenience.
You also have the ability to carbon copy order receipts and quotes emails to another email if needed under CC Email in the Your Account page.
Click Forgot Password and enter your email address. Check your email inbox and you'll be sent a link to reset the password for your account.

We provide card kits, MARC records and full processing. You can add cataloguing options to your order in your Shopping Cart page.
Downloadable MARC records are now free of charge. Upon processing of your order a link will be emailed to you to download your file to import into your library automation software. Any additional components ordered will be sent with your order.

All books have been discounted 20% off of the CDN list price.. Additional discounts will be applied to the list price based on the total value of your order. Orders over $500 will receive a 25% discount and orders over $1000 will receive a 30% discount. Discount apply to books only and exclude ebooks and Benchmark Education products.

Items that have a status of ‘Available’ are in stock and will ship from our warehouse within five days. Items that have a status of ‘Will Ship 4-6 Weeks’ will be ordered from the publisher and will arrive within 4-6 weeks. Items that have a status of ‘Out of Print’ are no longer available and will be cancelled off of your order.
